The company Elsafur Srl, always strives to meet the expectations of its customers, and therefore has decided to create a distance selling network through its website www.elpidioloffredo.com
Service of distant sales is described in general conditions of sale and reserved exclusively for individual consumers purchasing for individual use (referred below as “Customer”).
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales from company ELsafur commenced at a distance world-wide by telephone through the Customer Service or (ii) through our website www.elpidioloffredo.com.
These general conditions of sale have to be carefully reviewed by Customer before completing the purchase. It is understood that the placement of the purchase order to the Customer Service or through the website www.elpidioloffredo.com implies total and absolute knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their full acceptance, the Customer unconditionally covenants and agrees to comply with Elsafur Srl. general conditions of sale and the conditions of payment described below, have read and accepted all information provided to him/her, and also agrees that Elsafur is not bound to any other conditions unless previously agreed in writing and signed by all parties.
Sales of customized products are subject to the “Special Conditions of Sale of Custom Products” listed below in this document, which takes precedence over the present general sales conditions when they conflicting one another. As indicated in the previous paragraph the following also applies to the Special Conditions of Sale of Custom Products:
1. Identification of the Seller
For the purposes of these general conditions of sale, the seller party is identified and further referred to as “Elsafur Srl”.
2. How to Buy
2.1 The products offered for sale by Elsafur are solely those on the site Elsafur at the time of the Order, as described in the relevant information sheets.
2.2 It is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not fully reflect all of its features or differ in color or size (due to the browser or the monitor screen resolution used to access our site).
2.3 The Customer will have to fill in every required detail of the Order form on the site and submit it after carefully reviewing the conditions and specifics of the product(s) to be purchased. Customer has the right to request the copy of Tax Invoice Form for the purchase, in accordance with art. 22 Presidential Decree n. 633/1972.
2.4 The receipt of the Order and confirmation will be forwarded by Elsafur by e-mail to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the summary of the terms of purchase, as required by applicable law, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that they may verify the correctness and communicate without delay any errors of Order data.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 The prices quoted on the website will include taxes and VAT. All costs incurred will be disclosed at the Site or in the Terms of Sales.
3.2 There are the following methods of payment:
We accept PayPal payments with the same Terms of Sales applied.
In the case of Bank transfer, the shipment will be made upon receipt of payment from the bank.
4. Delivery of products and related expenses
It is understood that no delivery can take place at hotels, private homes or Business mailboxes.
4.1 Purchased products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer within 24-48 hours of acceptance of the Order by Elsafur, with shipping costs outlined on the Site before the Order.
4.2 For the delivery requests in countries outside of the European Union, any customs import duties are the Customer responsibility. We therefore encourage the Customer to contact the customs authorities of your country in advance to verify the costs and possible import restrictions.
4.3 The delivery times indicated by Elsafur should be considered as a general guideline only and any delay, or delivery made in multiple shipments do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery and request damages or compensation.
4.4 Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check the following:
(i) Number of boxes is the same as indicated in shipping documents.
(ii) Packaging is not damaged or wet or has been tampered with, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).
(iii) Upon delivery the shipment should be carefully inspected and in case of any damage to packaging or the mismatch in the number of packages or their contents, delivery carrier must be immediately notified.
(iiii) Any problems including the item condition, correspondence or completeness of the products must be reported within 7 days from delivery, as provided herein.
5. Exchange of Products
5.1 Elsafur Srl. provides the opportunity to exchange the goods purchased at a distance as a convenience to our Customers.
5.2 The exchange of the products purchased at a distance is subject to the following limitations:
(i) the exchange of products purchased at a distance can be made using other products of equal or higher value than those of the original products purchased; In the latter case, the Customer is responsible for the difference in price;
(ii) the exchange of products bought at a distance can be also made using other products of lower value than those of the original products purchased. In this case, Elsafur Srl will refund the price difference to the Customer using the same payment method as Original purchase.
5.3 In the period following 14 days from the date of delivery, the Customer has the right:
To require exchange of the product purchased from a distance. However, the Customer will still have the right to opt for the return – at his own expense – remains the responsibility of the Customer to test the product returns. It is understood that Elsafur Srl. will not ship the replacement product before receiving the returned items from the Customer.
According to the previous paragraph, the products to be replaced must be returned properly packaged.
Should the Products returned by the Customer arrive in damaged, incomplete, or dirty condition or in any condition can be interpreted without a doubt as have been used, no such Products will be exchanged.
5.4. In case of exchange, the sale of the exchanged Product will be considered final. The payment of the Product delivered in exchange will be adjusted for the amount of the previous sale. It is agreed that any excess amount will be debited/credited to the Customer’s current account, within the guidelines described in 8.2, using the same payment method as in Original purchase.
5.5 Elsafur Srl. reserves the right to refuse further exchanges of the Product that already has been exchanged (unless arrived in damaged condition as described in 4.4)
6.1 All products sold by Elsafur Srl are covered by twenty four (24) defect-free warranty in accordance with Title III of D.Lg. 206/2005. To obtain this warranty service, the Customer must keep the invoice or receipt of payment, as well as shipping document.
6.2 The warranty for conformity defects will apply as long as their product has been used adequately, according to their intended use as provided in the instructions and properly washed according to the instructions.
6.3 If, for any reason, Elsafur was not able to repair or exchange the item according to Customer Product warranty, or if repair or replacement costs exceed the value of the product, Elsafur will refund the amount paid by the termination of Sale contract.
6.4 When the Product is eligible for the return, it shall be returned by the Customer in its original packaging with all tags attached (including paperwork and accessories).

8.2 The Sale contract under these conditions and its execution, are governed by Italian law, and, where applicable in cases of conflict and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. All disputes arising out of Sale contract will be settled by the Court within Customer’s residence jurisdiction.
