Right of withdrawal

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

The Customers that wishes to cancel the order sent, can contact Customer Service in the “Contact” by e-mail and require its cancellation: the request will be accepted if the order has not yet been processed.

Under Article. 64 of Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract and return the ordered goods if already been delivered, without penalty and without giving any reason.

HOWEVER, BY POSTING THE MEASURES FOR THE REALIZATION OF THE HANDMADE CLOTHES, THE CUSTOMER IS AWARE OF ARTICLE 55 OF THE DL185 / 99, WHICH EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ON CUSTOM CLOTHES OR PERSONALIZED.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the customer, subject to revocation, by sending written notice to

by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within ten working days from receipt of Products.

The communication referred to above can be sent, within the same term, by telegram, telex, e-mail, if confirmed by registered letter within 48 hours after sending the telegram or telex or e-mail.

Upon receipt communication by the Customer about his intent to withdraw by ELSAFUR S.R.L., the parties are released from their respective obligations under the contract and the contract proposal, subject, in the event that the requirements have been met in Meanwhile, in whole or in part, this bonds provided by art. 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. If the withdrawal is carried out in compliance with the above conditions, ELSAFUR S.R.L. will reimburse the sums paid by the customer, including any amounts paid as a
deposit. Reimbursement will be made according to the client by: a) bank transfer to accounts in their names if the customer chose to pay by cash; b) reversal of credit card if the customer chose to pay by credit card.

The reimbursement is free and is made as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days from the date on which ELSAFUR S.R.L. is aware of the right of withdrawal by the customer. The sums are intended refunded if they are effectively returned, sent or credited by no later than the expiry of the deadline specified above.

The goods must be returned to the ELSAFUR S.R.L. within 10 working days from the date of delivery to the customer. Upon expiry of this period the goods are returned when they are delivered to the post
office or shipping agent. The returned products must be returned intact and in original packaging.

In case of exercising the right to withdraw any charges for the return of products to ELSAFUR S.R.L. are the sole responsibility of the customer.
